    Why do I need to log in?

    It is useful for you to log in because the Prompt+ app will then store your scripts in the cloud, meaning you can access them on multiple devices. You can also use the Teleprompter for Video app using the same login, and share scripts across both apps. If you prefer not to login, simply tap the ‘Skip’ button on the login page and you will use the app in offline mode. All your data will remain on your device when using this mode and it will not be possible to share scripts across devices, or with the Teleprompter for Video app.

    How do you protect my security?

    We respect your privacy and take considerable efforts to protect your data. Here’s an overview of some of our security practices. Data Storage Prompt+ services are all hosted in Amazon Web Services facilities in the USA. All of our servers live within our own virtual private cloud (VPC) with rules that prevent unauthorized requests from entering our network. Prompt+ has been built with disaster recovery in mind. The data stored in our database is replicated across multiple data centres to protect against data loss. Data Transfer All data exchanged with the Prompt+ mobile app is transmitted using TLS. This is a widely adopted security method designed to facilitate privacy and data security for communications over the Internet. Payment / Credit Cards We do not handle any credit/debit card information for in-app purchases.     How can I delete my personal data?

    The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires developers to provide a way for people to request that their data be deleted. If you would like us to delete your data from our database, please let us know using the support form above.
